The property enjoys a reusable water filter protection for the whole house and the drinking water passes through a 2 stage filtration system, removing lime scale and impurities.
Electric pump installed to provide enhanced water pressure throughout the property.

Electrical Installation
The electrical installation consists of 3 phase electricity, running on the EAC tariff which gives low cost electricity at night.
The installation has been upgraded to have RCD protection on all circuits.
A 3 phase surge protector is installed giving surge protection to the entire villa.
TV
There is 2.8m satellite dish on the roof, tuned to UK television channels. The dish has the capacity for 4 satellite tuners to be connected
Broadband/Internet
Current owners have a Cyta DSL Access Home2000 connection providing up to 2Mbps download
The property is located within range of the Holitec Broadband (www.holitec.eu) system.
A computer data network is installed in the property which provides wired internet access in all rooms and outside at the front of the villa. This can also be used for Audio/Visual Distribution around the villa.
Title Deeds
Final inspection of the property took place in December 2009 and completion certificate issued. Application for the division is in process, issue of the title deeds is expected summer 2010.
District Officer (Fakontis) at the district office for division permit D 22/07. D stands for the Greek delta.
Completion certificate application should be in the file of the building permit reference B557/02
The offices are located at the rear of the Post Office in Paphos town near Marks & Spencer.
